Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Flat shipping rate $10

Orders over $120 include free shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days

We ship goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us to enquire about a special order.


Returns, Refunds, Replacements

We will refund your full purchase price on any items providing:

  • they are in NEW AND UNOPENED/UNUSED condition
  • They are returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Original purchase amount is $50 or greater.

Receipt of purchase is required for ALL returns and postage is not covered by us.

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned to:

If you wish a replacement product, you will be liable for any difference in price of the product, as well as shipping costs to get the replacement product to you.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must include the following information:

  • Your original purchase receipt
  • Your name, address, email address and phone number
  • The items you are returning
  • Your bank account details for refund, or credit card details if requesting a replacement product
  • The reason you are returning the items
  • The items you would like to replace the returned items (if applicable)

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed and dispatched, you may cancel it by calling us on +61 3 9482 2899 or emailing orders@beraldocoffee.com. If your order has already been processed, you will need to follow the returns process outlined above.
